Pricing questions

How is a practitioner counted?
A practitioner counts in a month if at least one payment was calculated for them in that month. Someone on leave for a full billing period is not charged for it.
Is there a lock in period?
No. Billing is monthly and you can stop at the end of a billing period. We will export your agreement history and pay run records for you on the way out.
What happens after the trial?
The trial runs for 30 days from your first live pay cycle, not from signup, so you get a real cycle inside it. Nothing is charged until you confirm the plan you want.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Moves take effect from the next billing period so a cycle is never split across two plans. Practices with unusual structures can also be quoted individually.
Are there transaction fees on top?
Payment costs are included in the plan price. Where a practitioner's payment is dishonoured or a mandate has to be re-established, any bank charge is passed through at cost with the reason shown.
Do you charge for onboarding?
Essentials and Professional have no setup fee. Advanced includes a once off onboarding fee, shown on the Advanced card above, because mapping a chart of accounts properly takes time. Complete is scoped with you. Either figure is quoted in writing before you commit.
